When I woke up to my own personal reality 20 years ago, I started realizing that negative habits were ruling my life.
I was working in a medical research lab, starting my work day at 4 am and skipping lunch in order to rush home to be with my seriously ill son so my husband could head out to his job. Donuts and coffee for breakfast, packaged crackers for lunch and poor sleep habits had added to the overwhelming stress until I could barely get out of bed without a great deal of stiffness and pain. I was only 40 years old but I felt like 80.
I left my research lab in 2004 to begin my own health and wellness business and began the transformation of my own life and and the life of my family by changing some simple but important habits.

My 25 years of medical research, including 10 years of research on inflammatory diseases, brings me a scientific perspective on health that includes a desire to continue learning about new developments in health and wellness.
My 30 years as the mother of a son who has many challenging health issues has given me a greater understanding of the importance of a more holistic approach to health and wellness.
My experience with the transformation of my own health over the past 20 years has given me the understanding of how difficult it can be to get started making significant lifestyle changes, and yet how rewarding it is at the end.
My desire is to help women and men like you to discover that you don’t have to buy into the belief that we gain weight and lose energy, fitness and vibrancy the older we get. Yes, it is possible to be HEALTHY and FILLED WITH ENERGY that sustains you throughout each day.
