Add some beautiful colors to your plate by chopping up this salad full of healthy greens for a side dish your body will love.

This Avocado Salad from Sanoviv is surprisingly powerful thanks to its nutritious ingredients:

Avocados can help lower LDL cholesterol levels while raising HDL levels.

Cilantro is packed with flavor and its dark-green leaves are full of antioxidants, essential oils, vitamins, and dietary fiber.

The fresh jicama, tomato, onion, and lemon juice add bursts of refreshing flavor with every bite.
