FRESH AVOCADO SALAD

This Avocado Salad from Sanoviv is surprisingly powerful thanks to its nutritious ingredients:
Avocado Salad Servings: 4
Ingredients 2 ripe avocados, cubed 1 cup jicama, cubed 1 cup tomato, chopped ¼ cup onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp. lemon juice ¼ tsp. unrefined sea salt
Preparation Mix all the ingredients in bowl, adding the avocado last. Serve immediately or, for extra flavor, let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
